JOB DESCRIPTION
- At least 5 years of related working experience in F&B Industry.
- Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space.
- Coming up with a design plan, usually using computer-aided-design (CAD), and a budget estimate.
- Upon finalizing the design plan, specifying materials, finishes, lighting and flooring.
- If required by the municipality and scope of the project, submitting drawings to a building inspector to make sure it meets.
- Building codes.
- If necessary, liaise with contractors to handle technical work.
- Setting a timeline for the project.
- Supervising the project to make sure it is done correctly and according to the timeline.
- Following up with the project’s completion to make sure he or she is satisfied, and if not, making any necessary corrections.
- Working closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on larger projects, with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space, and with manufacturers and contractors.

- Take Beverage store & outlets inventory on a blind sheet, update physical stock count in the system, take variance/difference report, review any variance & discuss with Manager-Finance and follow actions and then close inventory for all outlets/store and print monthly stock report.
- Balance Beverage store/outlets inventory value with General Ledger and investigate in any differences.
